Pawel was an absolute delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived and spent alot of time explaining the amenities of the apartment and the instructions. His English is excellent and his understanding of the needs of travellers better than the staff of some five star hotels!

About apartment
The apartment was very comfortable and very warm even through the coldest winter in Poland for many years. Everything we looked for in the kitchen was available (including the wine bottle opener). I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends visiting Krakow in future.
