By clicking on it, two options (2 STEPS) become available:

1st STEP- ask-a-question in your email

2nd STEP- you make a booking request


If you chose booking

First step – you send required information

You need to fill in required information and send it to KrakowHomes. Your order is processed. Having accepted your booking request , we provisionally secure your booking for the duration of 24 hours. The guaranteed time countdown starts automatically. It start the moment KrakowHomes confirms the booking by sending you an email confirmation. No payment is involved and your booking is NOT guaranted yet.

Second stage – you receive the e-mail confirmation

Our formal e-mail confirmation contains unique password valid for limited time of 24 hours and simple information instructing you how to make online payment on secured site. Now, you have the green light to continue with the payment of the booking deposit.

Third stage – you make the payment

Simple click on provided link brings you to a secured site of major Polish company POLCARD to pay the booking deposit. Log in using your password, and make the payment with your credit card. Since the secured site is synchronized with KrakowHomes, Your booking will show up on the apartment calendar in real time. Shortly, you will receive formal confirmation of your completed booking, as well as useful information regarding your arrival and stay in krakow. As our client, you may feel free to contact us with any questions.


additional notes: You can continue with the online payment at any time within limited time of 24 hours. After the time limit is over, your provisionally guaranteed period is over too! This means KrakowHomes can accept a booking from another client. If you do not manage to make the payment within the time limit and still want to make the booking, you will need to e-mail KrakowHomes with the request to generate a new password, also valid for limited time.
